Free events in city parks this summer!

June 1 through August 31, 2007

This year, the City Parks Foundation is offering over 1,100 performing arts events in the parks, making the organization one of the largest presenters
of the performing arts in New York City.  In addition to Central Park SummerStage presented by Snapple, City Parks Foundation’s citywide
festivals include concerts, theater, dance, the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival,
and arts & education programs.  City youth, ages 5 to 16, can also sign-up for free instruction in golf, tennis, and track & field this summer!

Except for several benefit events at SummerStage that support the free
festival, all programs are offered FREE of charge.
