SHOGO KUBO studied classical guitar under Mitsutoshi Tanaka, one of the most prominent guitarists in Japan, and was instructed by Matsuda Akinobu, who is a disciple of Andres Segovia, and attended the Emilio Pujure Institute of Music in Spain. Shogo plays weekly in the train stations of Long Island Rail Road and at the Times Square subway station through MUNY.
